All content produced by Guide Video, including visuals, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Guide Video or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Upon final payment, the intellectual property rights of the commissioned video content will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for Guide Video to perform the agreed services. Clients must obtain all necessary permissions and consents required before the commencement of any work.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in the specific agreement for each project. Guide Video reserves the right to suspend services or withhold deliverables until full payment is received.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as detailed in the specific project agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms agreed upon for each project.
7. Limitation of Liability
Guide Video will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability in respect of any service provided shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for such service.
